Brainstorming PESTEL 💆🏻

On 4th October, Dr Anis assign us to elaborate the PESTEL analysis. PESTEL stand for politic, economic, social, technology, environmental and legal. At first, we named our business as Teratak Indah Homestay but now we changed to Heaven Hill Homestay. Before this, we thought that PESTEL analysis same with Business Model Canvas (BMC) but actually it isn’t. PESTEL is a environmental analysis and external factors that affected on an organization. The result of which is used to identify threats and weaknesses which is used in SWOT analysis.  This is the result of our brainstorming  Stay tuned for the next post! 🙆🏻

First Meeting with Le Group 🙊

Hi and assalamualaikum everyone ✌🏻 How are you today? We hope that you guys in a good condition 😄. So today is our first meeting with the group members in UMK library. Within our discussion, we brainstorms the idea to create a business. Everybody come out with the brilliant and unique idea. We are so impressed with each others performance. Between the ideas being raised, we are interested in two indistrial sectors which are spa and homestay industry. But after the observation and survey we found that homestay is quite suitable and relevant to be produced by us. We had a comparison between spa and homestay in terms of profit, maintainance, marketing, staff and so on. We realise that there are many benefit we can get if we run the homestay. First moment of us 🤗

New Semester with Strategic Entrepreneurship (SE) 🦄

Hello! We are excited on our new semester which is semester five. We started on 10th September 2018. In this semester we are taking strategic entrepreneurship subject. Our lecturer’s name is Dr Anis Amira Binti Ab Rahman. Here we would like to share our assessment progress. Firstly, we were given an indivual assignment which is personal branding. We were given an opportunity to introduce ourself, skills, abilities and experiences through video and posted it on youtube channel. For the second assesssment, we were given task to form an entrepreneur group. Our group consist of five members which are: 1. Che Wan Halimatul Nurlisa Idayu Binti Che Wan Embong 2.
